CONGRESS MATERIAL AND BADGES

Congress material should be collected on-site at the registration desk at the "CNR Conference Centre" on January 22 from 09.00 to 18.00. Official Congress badges will be required for admission to the Congress and workshop, coffee breaks/lunch and exhibition areas.

 

CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE

A certificate of attendance for people registered within January 20 will be distributed from January 22, 2009 at the registration desk. For late registration, the certificate will be sent to the e-mail of the participant.

 

INVOICES

Invoices for people registered within January 20 will be distributed from January 22, 2009 at the registration desk. For late registration, the invoice will be sent to the e-mail of the participant.

 

LANGUAGE

The official language of the Congress is English.

According to the Italian Republic Law n. 675, Dec. 31, 1996 concerning “personal data processing” (particularly articles 10, 20, 24 and 28) it is understood that each registered person has agreed with the following statement: “I authorize the Secretariat Organizing Committee, ART4 Srl, until written revocation, to process and divulge my personal data within the limits of the above mentioned law and in accordance with the procedure laid down by the law. I give my assent provided that the Organizing Secretariat complies with the regulations in force”.

A typical Bolognese dinner will be held in a splendid setting among the hills of Bologna, accompanied by excellent wines produced on the farm.

A shuttle – booking essential - will be arranged to take you to the farm.
